1. Ensure that the room is as clear as possible to allow our installers enough space to work. Upon request we are happy to remove and dispose of your existing fitted furniture.

2. Any building, electrical or plumbing - including the moving of electrical sockets must be completed before our installers arrive. We can arrange an electrician for you if required.

3. Please make sure that our installers can park near your property. If necessary please arrange for a parking permit for the time of the installation.

4. Ensure there is a clear route to the room where your furniture will be installed.

5. We'll be working from around 8.00am until 5.00pm daily, although there may be times when we need to work beyond these hours.

6. Please make sure there is someone at home to let our fitters or a key is arranged prior to installation day.
